NORWALK — On a recent post to the Brien McMahon football team’s Facebook page, Jeff Queiroga cited “the family culture that sports promote and the ability to help develop young men into contributing members of society” as the primary reason he became a coach.
“The impact I can have on a community,” he said, “is way more important than putting a ‘W’ in the win column.”
With the Meals for McMahon program, Queiroga, the Senators’ head coach for the past two years, is helping to make that kind of impact.
